TransCanada Misconduct Policy

Recent Abuse Allegation 

The Spiritans of TransCanada have recently (July 2026) been made aware of an abuse allegation made against one of our deceased members, Fr. Ted Colleton, CSSp. We are very saddened by this development and we join with the Irish Spiritan Province in an apology and asking that if anyone in Canada has experienced abuse by Fr. Colleton, that they contact our Superior provincial@spiritans.com

Since November of 2006, the Spiritans of the TransCanada Province have put in place a policy to deal with sexual misconduct.
